  • Thermal and acoustic insulation: the use of composite panels made of resins, wood, and high-density polyurethane ensures a perfect internal microclimate, reducing energy consumption and improving comfort for the kitchen crew.
  • Energy autonomy: thanks to the integrated on-board power generator, the trailer can power all main services and equipment in complete autonomy.

The kitchen has been configured following strict ergonomic and hygiene standards, creating a fluid and safe working environment:

  • Optimized workflow: spaces are clearly divided into dedicated zones for preparation, cooking, and washing, just like in a fixed industrial kitchen.
  • Smart logistics: it features a cold room with an external loading system via a hydraulic lift-gate, facilitating the restocking of goods without interfering with internal operations.
  • Hygiene and regulations: the internal walls are entirely clad in AISI 304 stainless steel, while the antibacterial PVC flooring with seamless perimeter coving ensures full compliance with the strictest health and hygiene regulations.
